The medical and industry authorities in Costa Rica have designed a very comprehensive and effective set of protocols that we are required to follow and our Clean & Safe To Visit certification is meant to assure you, from a third party’s perspective, that the establishment is implementing those protocols fully and correctly.

This app has been created on the ACTIMO web platform, so that the employees of the property can see on their computers and on their mobile devices, exactly what steps they must implement in their area and then use their phones to prove that they are doing it right, via photos, videos, work logs, etc. They also have at their disposal many of the common best practices of international organizations, with regards to health and safety.

This certification is time sensitive, and expires within 30 days of it being issued, to ensure the continued compliance of the required protocols by the establishment. Below you can also find the list of which companies are certified and through which date their certification is valid.
